Late Arrivals & Cancellation

If you are running more than ten minutes late for your appointment to please call prior to your arrival to confirm that we can still accommodate you. We will do our best to do so–if we cannot, we will work with you to reschedule at your convenience. We request 24 hours notice for any appointments you are unable to attend.

Credit Card Reservations & Deposits

Some services require a deposit prior to booking, due to the extensive amount of time needed. These include Keratin Treatments and Hair Extensions. This deposit is non-refundable, unless the appointment is cancelled with 48 hours notice.

Payment

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards, except for Discover Cards. Proper ID must be shown for personal checks.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in W Hair & Color’s menu pricing. Gratuities are done at the client’s discretion–with typical gratuities range from 15% to 20%. It is greatly appreciated! Please note, gratuities cannot be added to credit card payments or personal checks.
